This funding is currently being provided by energy companies under the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target, a statutory instrument set up by the government to reduce carbon emissions from the private housing stock and improve energy efficiency.

*To qualify for free loft insulation, there must be less than 60mm (average) of existing loft insulation, the loft must be free of storage and not boarded (min 75% accessible). The offer is subject to survey and property size. Initial surveys are free with no-obligation.
