Cobham resident, Mrs Figuerias, lives in a 3-bed cottage, built before 1900 and therefore does not have cavity walls. With no central heating Mrs Figuerias contacted Action Surrey to find out how her home could be made warmer and more comfortable to live in.
Following a Green Deal Assessment which recommended a number of improvements, Mrs Figuerias installed external solid wall insulation and is very satisifed with the results.
