Epsom and Ewell Boiler Upgrade Grant
Please note: This grant is only available to properties located in the Borough of Epsom and Ewell.
Action Surrey are pleased to announce the launch of the Epsom and Ewell Boiler Upgrade Grant.
The grant offers residents, who own and occupy a property in the borough of Epsom and Ewell, a fully funded boiler replacement or repair.
To be eligible for this scheme all of the following criteria must be met and evidenced:
- In receipt of means-tested benefits.
- Living in a property with an EPC band of D-G.
- The owner occupier of the property.
- Boiler is over ten years old or not 'A Rated'.
- Proof of address.
Please note that owner occupiers are not expected to contribute for the costs of the works. The funding cannot be used for first time gas connections, air source heat pumps, insulation or plumbing works unrelated to the boiler replacement.
