The Great British Insulation Scheme

We are pleased to announce that we are now in a position to offer direct referrals for owner/occupiers to our trusted installers for the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).

The scheme is partially or fully funded as part of the Energy Company Obligation program but unlike ECO4 this is a single measure scheme. Eligible measures include loft, cavity or external wall insulation.

Eligibility Criteria 

In order to be eligible for the scheme, both of the following criteria must be met:

  1. The property's Energy Performance must be D,E,F or G rated. You can check your properties EPC rating here. 
  2. The properties council tax band must be A-D. You can check your properties council tax band here.
